A blind box is a mystery collectible toy—each box is sealed and chosen at random, so you won't know which design you'll get until you open it.

Some series may include up to three secret editions (for example, two small secrets and one big secret, or just one or two total).

Collect them all and see which surprise you get!
All orders are shipped from within the U.S. using ground delivery for the continental states.

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
At this time, QTOYS ships only within the United States.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We currently accept credit cards and debit cards for all orders.

Available options will be shown during checkout for your convenience.
We currently offer exchange only (no refunds).

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@qtoysus.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• At least 4 clear photos showing the defect
• Your contact information

Once we confirm the issue, our customer service team will reach out to arrange the exchange and request your shipping address.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email from us.
